Hutto Co-Op District project could include restaurants, movie theater and city hall

The 25 acres of Hutto Co-Op District property could include a movie theater, restaurants, office space, a courtyard, city hall, police station and amphitheater as part of a new entertainment district announced Thursday night. City officials said construction is anticipated to begin in early 2018.
